Individual sessions of 1 to 2 hours outdoors in nature or we may bring nature inside. Sessions with Gregg may use a combination of healing touch, hypnotherapy, ecotherapy, and mindfulness practices.
Like any practice such as yoga, healthy eating and cardiovascular fitness or meditation, the benefits of nature connection increase the more you immerse yourself in the practice. That is why we offer regularlry scheduled walks.
Your schedule may not line up with our regularly scheduled walks or you may wish to hold one for your workplace, festival or group. We can customize the walks in length and content to fit your schedule and needs.
