Hi, my name is Gregg Berman. I’m a Registered Nurse, EFT practitioner, and Life Coach. I work with smart, driven individuals who feel overwhelmed and burned-out, and are dealing with chronic stress, pain, or illness. They feel disconnected from their life and the people around them, and want a more holistic approach to healing than what Western medicine can offer. This PROCESS includes:

DISCOVERY SESSION

Before we begin work together, we’ll meet on a zoom call for 20-30 minutes. This is designed to help you identify the key issues you’d like us to address in our work together. This will help you focus in on your top challenges and get clear on the ideal outcomes you’d like to achieve, and will help me better prepare in advance for our sessions. We’ll come into your first session ready to start making progress right away.

EFT Tapping -  Healing Breakthrough Sessions

Each 60-minute EFT Tapping session is held via video call. As your Tapping guide, I’ll walk you through every step of the tapping process, showing you the physical spots to tap, and discussing verbal affirmations that can enhance your unique healing process. We’ll explore the root causes of your challenges, and you’ll learn a unique tapping routine custom tailored to your needs that you’ll use to empower your body to heal. By the end of each session, you’ll feel greater calm and peace, and you’ll have made significant progress toward your goals of releasing stress and pain.

Healing Resources

After each EFT Breakthrough Session you’ll have the option to receive a recording of the sessions so you’re able to go back at any time to review your tapping routine and affirmations whenever you have need of them. I may also provide extra resources such as a book recommendation, meditation, or “homework” assignment for you to practice on your own. You’ll have everything you need to support yourself in your healing outside of our time together.
